At a busy golf venue, getting a caddie booked has usually meant a chain of emails, phone calls and Whatsapp group chats. Handicaddie now integrates directly with the BRS Golf tee sheet, so that chain is no longer needed.

The integration is live at three prestigious venues: County Louth Golf Club, Dundonald Links and Rosapenna Golf Resort. At each one, caddie requests now flow automatically from the tee sheet to the caddie master.
How it works
Every booking starts life in BRS, exactly as it does today (reservations staff don’t change a single habit). Handicaddie is connected directly to BRS and checks the tee sheet automatically, around the clock, reading three things straight off each booking that has a caddie attached.
The tee time and who’s playing

The reservation details
The reservation name, reservation type and tour operator / hotel fields are also brought across to Handicaddie.

The specific caddie type requested
The specific type of caddie is also transferred e.g., Standard Caddie, Junior Caddie, Senior Caddie.

The moment a booking like this is saved in BRS, all of it (the tee time, the players, the reservation details, the specific caddie type) is copied across automatically. It lands with the caddie master, ready to be assigned. Nobody has to re-key it, forward it or chase it.
That removes most of the back-and-forth between departments about which tee times need caddies, how many and for whom. The tee sheet stays the single source of truth, and Handicaddie keeps the caddie side in sync with it.
Always in sync, not just one-way
It’s not only new caddie requests that make it across. Every sync pulls the full day’s tee sheet, so if a booking changes or a caddie request is cancelled in BRS, that update reaches Handicaddie too. The caddie master is always looking at the same picture as the tee sheet, not just whatever happened to be new.
We sync 90 days
Handicaddie syncs the next 90 days of the BRS tee sheet. Nothing needs to be triggered manually and nothing waits on an overnight batch; a caddie added to tomorrow’s 8am tee time is sitting in Handicaddie within minutes, every time.
Scheduling in minutes, not hours
Once a booking arrives, the caddie master schedules it in Handicaddie. They can see caddie availability at a glance and assign the right caddie to the right group quickly.
Across our venues, caddie masters spend an average of around 10 minutes a day on scheduling.
More time for what matters
With that time back, caddie managers can focus on the work that shapes the guest experience:
- Monitoring caddie performance with Handicaddie’s performance tools, so standards stay high and top caddies get recognised.
- Getting out in front of visitors and guests, so the caddie master is on the first tee creating memorable days instead of sitting behind a desk.
- Enjoying the same operational efficiencies in the caddie operation that BRS venues already gained on their tee sheet.
