We are thrilled to share with you one of our biggest updates and changes to our platform in the form of ‘Draft Mode.’ With this new addition it allows caddiemasters to plan as much as they desire until they are happy with their selection, before it is sent out to the caddie programme.

Draft Mode

We're thrilled about this new feature as it gives you more control in planning schedules weeks in advance. By default, once you've added a caddie to an open slot, the slot enters a state called 'In Draft'. This means the job doesn't send out to the caddie immediately. You now have the flexibility to create a caddie formation that you're satisfied with. Then, you can choose to publish each row individually or publish all draft bookings using the 'Publish Schedule' button.

What if I forget to post the jobs?

Rest assured, we've thought of everything to make your experience seamless and stress-free. Handicaddie has your back by keeping track of any draft bookings and will automatically schedule them for publication a few days in advance. This proactive approach ensures that no job goes unnoticed, giving you peace of mind and allowing you to focus on more important tasks. Our goal is to streamline the process for you, making sure that every detail is taken care of effortlessly.

We also made some UI changes in accordance with this new feature so it will look and feel slightly different to what you have used previously. However the functionality remains the same.
