What’s NEW On Handicaddie App? - Improvements


Over the past few months, we have worked hard to improve our services and the overall Handicaddie experience. We've added some awesome new features that will serve to help our existing golf clubs on the platform

👥 Group Bookings
This is the most significant recent change in our product. We discovered that caddiemasters wanted an easier way to handle a large number of guests who arrive at the same time. This approach ensures that all caddies are accounted for, and the caddiemaster can assign the best caddie possible to each member of the group before they head out, allowing the caddies to spend time getting to know their assigned golfer and fourball. The purpose of this is to allow golf club staff to focus on providing a world-class experience that will keep guests coming back for more.

📵 No Smartphone Caddies
Up to this point, the only caddies who could participate in a caddie program on Handicaddie were those with a smartphone who could create and maintain their account. However, we found that every club has caddies who simply have no access to a smart device, which meant the caddiemaster had to make special adjustments to ensure that these caddies were treated fairly. So we decided to enhance the functionality of Handicaddie and make it your central location for managing your caddie program. There are some limitations for these kinds of users because of the method of communication they are using, but it will help to make things easier for caddies and caddiemasters alike.
